When you get your Powerizers, remove all the wrapping, check and make sure there are no nuts or bolts in the box that may have come off your Powerizers. If you find something you will be able to see where it goes at that time. We suggest that you tape your springs and your knee brace foam with Coloured Duct tape or hockey tape to keep them from getting damaged will you take spills. You will then want to make "Tire Socks" for the feet of your Powerizers, this will cut down the cost of buying new feet. You then will want adjust your knee brace to fit you. We think the best place for the knee brace to sit is so that the top of the Knee brace is right below the bottom of your knee cap. Your Powerizers come with a tool to loosen these for bolts to make the adjustment. Now, put on all your pads and get Bocking!
